In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "phiruby," "we," "us," or "our" refers to phiruby, the operator of the online casino and sportsbook platform accessible at phiruby.net, operating under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Platform" means the phiruby website, mobile-optimized interface, and any associated applications or services made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, including all associated personal information, wallet balances, transaction history, and bonus records.
• "Real Money Balance" means the Philippine Peso (₱) funds held in your phiruby account that have been deposited by you and are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing the phiruby Platform.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who is under 21 years of age, is located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or has been self-excluded from the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity verification procedures phiruby is required to conduct in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements.

By accessing or using the phiruby Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phiruby. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

phiruby reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification prior to taking effect.

To register and maintain an active account on phiruby, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or where phiruby does not hold a valid licence or regulatory authorisation to operate.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of phiruby or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily requested through phiruby or imposed by PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous phiruby account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.1 Registration Requirements

You may register only one account on phiruby. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. phiruby uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

phiruby is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be asked to submit copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS or GSIS card, PRC ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days); and
• Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phiruby may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. phiruby strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

You must notify phiruby immediately at support@phiruby.net if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. phiruby shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5.1 Deposits

phiruby accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made by family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. phiruby aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within approximately 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the respective bank's clearing timelines.

phiruby does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phiruby bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus balances must be fulfilled before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• phiruby reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your account require additional verification and approval.

phiruby offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that lapse beyond the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are listed in the promotions section of the Platform.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: phiruby reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, exploiting promotions through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play with other users.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. phiruby reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All wagers placed on phiruby — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sportsbook markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• A wager is binding once confirmed by the Platform. You may not cancel or amend a wager after it has been accepted.
• phiruby reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where it suspects errors in odds or game conditions, system malfunctions, or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or sports event that affects the integrity of the outcome, phiruby reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the staked amount.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. phiruby's sportsbook rules for specific sports — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other markets — are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the results produced at the time of play and are final. phiruby is not responsible for any disruption to a live dealer stream caused by factors outside its control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by phiruby at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phiruby and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited User.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by phiruby.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act or other applicable Philippine legislation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phiruby staff, live dealers, or other users in any communication channel.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting phiruby's support team to resolve a disputed transaction. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through available legal and regulatory channels.

All content on the phiruby Platform — including but not limited to the phiruby name and logo, website design and layout, software, game content, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of phiruby or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without phiruby's prior written consent;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use phiruby's trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation; or
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without phiruby's express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phiruby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits due to Platform unavailability, technical malfunction, or third-party network failures;
• Loss or corruption of account data;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by payment provider issues outside phiruby's direct control; or
• Any interruption to live casino streams or sports data feeds caused by upstream providers.

phiruby's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phiruby account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phiruby's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phiruby's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

phiruby is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across the Philippines. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, we are obligated to provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from phiruby for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

phiruby reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy); or
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, phiruby may withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, the verified net balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phiruby support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Your verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phiruby's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Manila, Philippines, or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

phiruby may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice within the Platform interface at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory direction — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at phiruby.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
